KAWASAKI 250 S1A 1973 not KH

Kawasaki 250 S1A I acquired this bike in early 2011 as a restoration project but after almost 4 years not much has changed apart from the build up of dust.  This Kawasaki is the rare early S1A model before the KH series. The bike is complete with all major components including a few spares.  I have had the bike running on all 3 cylinders and all 3 exhausts were at same temperature. I have also had all electrical components working.  The exhausts are adequate but like the rest of the bike has at some point had an amateur paint job.
