1990 KTM 250 EXC off-road motorcycle

Purchased from original owner, horaced it one season and won the1990 SETRA 250A enduro title. Set up and maintained at Barry Higgins' KTM shop (Douglasville, A), here I bought it in '91 for the occasional enduro/hare scramble, ut mostly trail riding. Garaged in '95 and not ridden for 19 years.Frame-up overhaul in 2014, ncluding new paint, econditioned pipe, ebuilt shock, rake hydraulics and pads, orks serviced; more recently, omplete top-end, ncluding power valve/cylinder service at Eric Gorr's shop in Wisconsin, ew Wiseco piston/rings & wrist pin, ew gaskets/o-rings, ew crank seals, ew countershaft seal, oyeson carbon fiber reeds, ew Twin Air filter, ew front tire, nd an MSR aluminum skid plate (not mounted). Plastic is in good condition; no working lights. Overall, early $1,000 invested.Mostlyridden at vintage events since rebuild (AHRMA Modern Support class) .I have all the manuals with many of the KTM tech notices, nd a small collection of spare gaskets.The EXC is still a blast to ride, tarts on first kick, ut I had to have something with that magic handlebar button. A fast, olid, un bike.(I just bought a new 250 XC-F and now officially have too many bikes, ays my wife - I also have an '86 250 MXC project bike).
