2012 KTM 250 XCF "As New" Condition - Super Clean - ~5 Hours Run Time

I am a 50+ yr old adult owner - bought this bike brand new.I've had a cervical spine problem for 20+ yrs,doctor has now advised me to stop riding. So have togive up dirt riding and sell this incredible bike.
Bike isvirtually spotless and in'as new' condition ~5 total hours run time. Run twice on trails and once on small MX track. Carefully broken in with petroleum-based engine oil and 3 oil changes in first 4 hours. First full service completed by Village Motorsports in Grand Rapids, I - everything check out perfect (rims/spokes, alve clearances, tc.). Tires still have nubs on them!
