Norton Jubille 250 1950's Project

This is an Auction for a Norton Jubilee. I bought this bike as a winter Project about 3 years ago. but alas I have too many projects on the go so I will not get round to finish it. The plan was I was going to strip the bike completely and refurbish what was needed and repaint and rebuild.  

The Norton starts easy. stops and changes gear. and all the lights work ok. I fitted a new battery recently to start and check all the above items. The speedo does not work but this is due to not having a cable. and the horn works sometimes. Likely to be a bad connection. There is a Photo copy Workshop Manual to go with the bike.

When I acquired the bike it did not have a rear  registration number plate or V5 so it will have to be re-registered with the DVLA who will allocate an age related registration for it. I understand that this is quite straight forward. Firstly you need to get it insured. MOT'd on the frame number. Then Get the age verified by a recognised club before applying to the DVLA.  

According to the information I have found the Frame I believe to be a 1958 (17-83***) The engine appears to be of around the same age although it looks like the gearbox has been replaced with a later one.
