Piaggio zip 125 non runner project spares repair no res

Here is a piaggio zip 125. I bought this as a project but never got round to it apart respray it red as the old silver paint work had been done with a can and no  masking. so was abit of a mess!! I have had it running but not rev out for some reason. so please class it as a non runner. Air box is also missing. No mot or tax. The v5 is here in my name. No messers please as I just want rid ASAP. No reserve . Cash on collection. on payers will be reported. Thanks for looking. Forgot to mention it's the four stroke engine model thanks.
