Classic French Velosolex Moped, odel 4600. Runs, ides well, lack matte finish. Top speed is around 20 mph. Original manual included (no title; none issued in AZ). I prefer a local pick up. If you need it shipped, ou will have to arrange for that through UShip or other means.
