The Puch is not running but engine spins with good compression. Has surface rust, ear wheel is shot.Pretty much complete missing one side cover . Fuel tank is solid. This bike comes with a parts bike also and has a very good frame. Comes with engine, eat,, ank, xhaust. Will box up all parts for the shipper that you provide. There are no titles but a bill of sale will be provided.
