I don?ˆ™t know much about Whizzer?ˆ™s but I am told that most

early vintage Whizzer?ˆ™s were mostly made by Schwinn with

Schwinn frames.   This is a very rare Whizzer with Whizzer

frame and all Whizzer parts and Whizzer motor.

 

This bike has been on display in my uncles den for the past 30 plus years. I inherited this bike and I was going to do a complete restoration but was told not to. that you cannot find one in this original condition. There are a few chips in the paint (that he did a very bad touch-up job on)and some chrome pealing off the rims but its untouched and 100% original. And still beautiful.

 

I was told that in 1949 the Whizzer only came in Red and no other year was Red available.

 

The bike has not been started for more that 3 decades but there is good compression in the motor. The only non original thing is the brake lever.   The old one broke and was replaced with a late model Whizzer lever.

 

This beautiful vintage bike is located in Walnut. CA. and is available for inspection any time.
