THERE IS NO TITLE.   GLAD TO GIVE BILL OF SALE.   ==  FOR SALE. HEINKEL TOURIST   103A  . THERE IS ONLY A MOTOR INSTALLED IN THE FRAME WITH FUEL TANK & REAR END. nbsp; MOTOR STARTS & RUNS.   DOES EVERYTHING IT WAS INTENDED TO DO & THAT GOES FOR THE GEAR BOX ALSO.    CHARGING SYSTEM PUT'S OUT .   MOTOR SOUNDS GREAT.   CLUTCH WORKS    MUFFLER IS COMPLETE & RUST FREE.    STORAGE FOR A REASONABLE PERIOD IS FINE.   the mukuni carb was intstalled for purposes of test run & is not included.    other bits went to the paint shop / paint shop closed. parts end up awol.    we are on the hunt for the missing bits .
