Hi there and welcome to the listing for our Yamaha Kodiak Ultramatic 450cc quad bike.

I have owned this quad since new and purchased it back in 2004 for general use around the farm etc. It has been perfect for this and has always ran well and been well looked after mechanically. Last year it had a complete new set of chunky off road tyres fitted. these still have a huge amount of tread left as can be seen in the photos and all hold air with no punctures or splits. The quad is an ultramatic so essentially an automatic drive system. its really nice and easy to use.  It has switchable 2 and 4 wheel drive and electronic diff lock which all works well.

The quad has never been road registered but this is very easy to do if the new owner wishes to.

Now for the bad bits!

The display showing the speedo and hours has been damaged. the backlight still works fine but the screen is not easily readable.

The quad currently has a loss of power. It starts and drives ok but not as powerful as it should be and needs to be sorted before it can be put to good use. It is currently due a service so this may be the problem but it sounds like it could be a fuelling problem. best thing is to come and have a look for yourself!
