Condition is great. I bought it off original owner who is a good friend of mine. I have used it one time. I just don't need it. It was a great idea but I don't use it. I tried to start it when the battery was dying and when I put a new battery in. it starts up immediately. but the starter stays engaged. Not sure how to disengage the starter. but I haven't used it all as its been sitting in my garage. Two charged batteries now. one extra brand new one. whoever gets this scooter is getting a great machine that was rarely used. 5. 00 miles.
The registration expired 2012 so I would imagine there is a fee to get it current. The low price is cause I need to get rid of it asap.
