2012 JONWAY MADNESS 50cc spares or repairs

hi up for sale is my 2012 jonway madness 50still has mot as its less than 3 years oldi have logbook and keysspares or repairsthis bike does start with the kick startbut NO electrics work lights starter etcand there is also no fuel in the tank (so i sprayed a bit of easy start down the carb)no air filterno rear indicatorsmaybe more little bits i don't know about?and also when i started it there was a blow in the exhaust but i cant see no obvious holes so may just need tightening this bike is a projectcheck out my other items for more scootersno timewasterscash on collection within 48hrs of auction ending
