Electric start and kick Should see 100 MPG 30-40 MPH General condition. complete nice little scooter The headlight / speedo cover has frosting which is common thing but does not affect anything. Little slit in the seat and mark to lower r/h front panel. no exhaust heat shield. All cosmetic age related but nothing to effect running. Engine and drive ability very good V5/2 green slip presentParts are readily available.
