SUZUKI GT' 750 J' JUNE 72 IS THE BUILD DATE/ FACTORY EXIT DATE FOR THIS PARTICULAR MACHINE. FRAME NUMBER GT750-3059*. ENGINE NUMBER GT-750 2965* BOTH FRAME AND ENGINE ARE AS FACTORY "ORIGINAL" SUPPLIED ON THIS PARTICULAR MACHINE. BY RIGHTS GOING FROM THE BUILD DATE THIS OUGHT TO BE IN ONE OF THE FINAL BATCHES OF J' MACHINES BUILT. THE JAPANESE FACTORIES TENDED TO COMMENCE NEXT YEAR'S MODEL PRODUCTION IN JULY/AUGUST OF THE PRECEEDING YEAR. /p>
NO DEFINATELY NOT ONE OF THE NICEST EXAMPLE'S AROUND FOR SURE. ITS BEEN STOOD UNUSED MANY YEARS AND ROBBED OF SOME PART'S. THIS IS EITHER STRIP IT RIGHT DOWN AND START AGAIN. OR USE IT AS A SPARES BIKE. ITS "NOT" GOING ANYWHERE AS IT IS". SO PLEASE DONT ENTERTAIN ANY THOUGHTS OF GETTING IT RUNNING IN ITS PRESENT CONDITION BECAUSE THAT IS "NOT" GOING TO HAPPEN. ! THIS BIKE WANTS MAJOR RESTORATION OR AGAIN YOU USE IT AS A SOURCE OF SPARE PARTS. WHATS INCLUDED ALSO THAT IS NOT PICTURED IS THE INSTRUMENT SET AND MOUNTING BRACKET WITH IGNITION SWITCH. HE MILEAGE READS 13. 863 MILES ITS THE ORIGINAL CLOCK SET I HAVE FOR THE BIKE. I HAVE NO REASON TO BELIEVE THAT THE MILEAGE IS ANYTHING BUT ORIGINAL. THE PISTONS HAVE "NIPPED" TO THE BORES AS IS THE CASE OF MANY 2 STROKE MACHINES LEFT STOOD/STANDING FOR YEARS ON END. I HAVE THE CORRECT FRONT LEADING SHOE WHEEL RIM. TYRE ETC BUT ONLY "ONE" FRONT BRAKE PLATE. OBVIOUSLY THE WHEEL IN IT CURRENTLY IS "NOT" GT 750. ! I ALSO HAVE THE ELECTRICAL PANEL. AND BOTH SMALL BLACK EXHAUST CONES THE OUTER PIPES HAVE DAMAGE BUT BOTH INNERS APPEAR DENT FREE. ALSO THE SEAT BASE HAS NO ROT OR MAJOR RUSTING ISSUES AND THE FUEL TANK IS EXCELLENT WITH NO DENTS IN IT AT ALL. ND ITS CLEAN INTERNALLY. THE TANK HAS BOTH BADGES. UEL CAP. AND ORIGINAL J SPEC METAL RAD FILLER FLAP. I ALSO HAVE THE LEFT HAND DAMAGED SIDE PANEL BUT THE "LIQUID COOLED" BADGE IS GOOD. NO WIRING LOOM ON THE BIKE. THATS GONE BEFORE I BOUGHT IT. THE ENGINE IS GOOD AND UNTOUCHED FROM NEW SO NEW CRANK OIL SEALS FOR STARTERS ARE REQUIRED ON A RESTO' PROJECT BIKE. ALL THE OUTER ENGINE CASES ARE GOOD WITH NO DAMAGE. I PERSONALLY HAVE RESTORED TO CONCORSE A GT 750 DONER BIKE IN WORSE CONDITION THAN THIS ONE SO IT CAN BE DONE. I THINK YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICTURES THE GENERAL CONDITION AND THE MAJORITY OF WHATS MISSING. IM NOT SELLING ANYTHING SEPERATELY YOU BUY IT AS A "WHOLE" MANY THANKS REGARDS ALL.
