Suzuki gsxr 750 k4 very low mileage

I have for sale a excellent example of a gsxr 750 . very we'll looked after with very low mileage (15. 00)? . long tax (8/15) and mot ( 4/15). It was bought as a second bike but doesn't get used often (only 400 miles over the last year ) . Tyres are in good condition with plenty of life left in them . it has a aftermarket exhaust on it and smaller indicators . the bike has been serviced twice in the last year and a half . and had new pads all round and new rear disc . ?  The bike has a minor mark on the bottom piece of fairing . shown in picture . and the speedo is faulty but suzuki have told me it's the speedo sensor is playing up . The bike rides perfect and sounds even better . I'm in the process of taking the private plate off so will have standard on when sold .
