Triumph Tiger 800 XC 2011 11Reg Non ABS

I am selling my 2011 (11 Reg) Triumph Tiger 800 XC (Non ABS) as we are expecting to move soon and are likely to be without a garage. I bought it in April with about 3. 00 miles on the clock. As far as it having been a good bike goes it has been my favourite bike ever and I shall be sad to see it go. I am an IAM rider and have cherished the bike.

The bike is comfortable and reliable with a great riding position (with 2" Rox Risers fitted) and the most smooth and flexible engine I have ever owned in an adventure bike. the suspension is ideal for our UK roads (with the occasional patch and pothole). I have found the suspension very stable and surefooted yet great at soaking up the bumps.

The bike has been fitted with Adventure Spec protection parts (the best of the best) engine bars. bash plate and rear rack - Made in the UK.

The previous owner did drop the bike on the right side hence the dent in the exhaust where it landed on his pannier - the screen got scuffed and the footpeg bent at the same time (there were also some scuffed plastics also the screen adjuster knob and brake lever end which I have replaced as they bothered me - I think the right mirror and hand guard were replaced by the previous owner when he dropped it).

Everything on the bike runs straight and true and I have absolute confidence in it - enough to tell of the blemishes and their cause.

The bike has a genuine Triumph gel  rider seat (most comfortable seat I have ever ridden on!). an adjustable touring screen (with small scuff - see pictures). and a genuine OEM Arrow Titanium / Carbon silencer (with dent - see pictures (doesn't affect performance and it's an Adventure bike anyway!)). The Arrow can is much lighter then the standard can and makes a bit more power and sounds nice too!

The  bike is due a service and the rear tire will need to be changed before too long - there is a bit of wear left but it is also a bit square - I think the last owner did most of his miles on the motorways when abroad. I will be happy to pay for these.

EXTRAS!

The bike will come with a standard exhaust. standard rider seat and standard non-adjustable screen (I don't think any of these have ever been fitted). They could be sold or fitted to the bike and a bit of money made selling the upgrades on eBay! I am also including a couple of ball end hex sockets (invaluable for torqueing up the Rox Risers (an excellent and simple solution to improve the ergonomics on the Tiger) - Made in the USA.

With regards to solo test rides I would only consider agreeing to this if the full asking price in cash is lodged in a local bank prior to setting out.

I would consider taking someone out pillion. weather and other circumstances depending.
