1971 Triumph Daytona T100R Rare Original Condition Orange and Black

Vin EE23216. all numbers match. Manuals included500cc. 9385 mi. weight 336 lb (Bonnyville 418lb).  New Champion 803 N4C (stock 803)1 step hotter than RN3C. gap . 02". timing 13deg BTDC. gap . 015". carb amal L626/34. R626/33.  Needs tires F - 3. 25x19. R - 4. 0 x 18Oil 6pts SAE 30. Gearbox SAE 50. Chaincase SAE 20. My father purchased this Triumph due to the smaller 500cc motor which is a better weight to power ratio than the 600's. It is a smoother ride with a lot less vibration and easier to kick start (no starter). The bike needs a tune up. new cables. tires. battery. and new fuel lines which are all minor. Purchased two years ago after selling his 600cc and still with a 2012 title. My father's bum knee now prompts the sale as he moves to his nx250 (it has a starter).  Will deliver the bike within 200 miles of Chicago for no charge but will not hold the bike.
