Winter project or great parts bike! 2003 VICTORY DELUXE TOURING WITH COLLISION DAMAGE. Bike just arrived and I was not able to light up the dash since the battery is dead. I will update the mileage in a few days once I get back to the garage. This bike is being sold with a "PARTS ONLY!" salvage title from the state of Tennessee.
