1975 Yamaha RD60 vintage mini street bike AHRMA ACR antique

1975 Yamaha RD-60. It stars and runs fine, hifts fine, amp; clutch works perfectly. The previous owner lost the key and the carburetor. He connected a toggle switch up to get spark and make it run. Also he lost the carburetor and put a carb from a Honda XR 80 on it.It does run however.The air box is mia.There is some very light rust on it here and there.
NOTE: There is no title. Sold with notarized bill of sale ONLY.
To make this little bike 100% correct you would have to:
A) find and install the OEM carb, oots and air box
B) install a new battery
C)have a key made.( without a key the lights will not function )
