Yamaha DT 400

Yamaha DT 400.

We bought it a couple of years ago as a restoration project to fill my winter evenings. My wife then decided she didn't want me in the shed every night so Ive never got around to it. Same old story I suppose.

It is as far as I know unregistered. Im not 100% sure as my business partner actually bought it and turned up at my house with it as a present to keep me out of trouble.

It has no number plate but all numbers are there and untampered with. The clock reads 15 000 miles and to be honest. it runs very well. I had a ride on it last week and was surprised how well it ran. Tyres etc are all good

I have no V5 but full receipt will be given to winning bidder.

If your looking for a classic trail bike to keep you busy over the winter this one is a good place to start.

These are getting rare now so I will not give it away but I'm not asking the earth for it.

Ive been informed that it may have a 250 frame with 400 engine. Im a Kawasaki triples man myself so I was unaware of this at time of posting. I dont know the in's and out;s of Yamaha frame numbers. I will leave the listing up. If it sells it sells. If not Ill just ride it myself next year.
