Fazer 1000

Lovely blue fazer 1000 for sale. I went out to buy a honda varadero and came home with this instead. I was won over by the colour and looks. Unfortunatly I need to be sensible and go back to my original plan and get a pure touring machine.  This is a great bike to ride. nice and smooth and very easy to pootle along on or pick the pace up as you wish. Having an upright riding position gives a good view of the road ahead and the instant power makes this a great point and squirt bike for nipping past cars. I have only owned it for 4 months and in that time I have done 2512 miles with no problems. Two trips of 640 miles each and the rest nipping to the shops etc. I have changed the oil and filter. fuel filter. spark plugs. new front sprocket. new front brake pads and fitted a new michelin pilot road 4 rear tyre about 1000 miles ago. Has 9 months MOT and I have it taxed at the moment. but obviously the tax comes off at point of sale. Has had a Maxton fork up-grade and an upgraded spring on the rear shock.  K&N air filter fitted. Comes with haynes manual which I bought and the original small screen and a Yamaha touring screen. There is also a workshop manual on disc. This is a used bike so does have a few marks here and there as you would expect and there is a little bit of touch-up paint on the very corner of the front fairing by the brake lever. but all in all still a smart looking bike in a very nice colour. If the majority of my riding wasn't long distance I wouldn't be selling the bike as it is great fun. but at 6'5" I just can't get comfy enough on it. Viewing welcome as are test rides. but I will need proof of insurance and the asking price in cash before-hand. If the asking price is met or a very close offer is made. the bike will come with a Givi rack. fixings and 46 litre top box. Bagster tank cover and bag with rain cover in matching blue and a Fabbri double bubble screen.
