1972 Yamaha G7S (similar to the fs1)

Up for grabs is a unique little Yamaha in terrific condition. I like to refer to these little guys as "stock cafe" bikes. They have a low profile. the stock cowl in the back. and move around pretty quick for their size. It runs very well and is so much fun to ride! I've only seen a few of these bikes and it's been an honor to have one for a short time. That being said. I need to make a little room in my garage and get this into the hands of someone who would like to cherish it further :) For a survivor. the bike is in very solid shape. Body parts are solid. and the seat is amazing. It starts after a few kicks when cold and a half a kick when warm :) It's got a couple of new tires. a lined tank. a new petcock. and a freshly cleaned carb. As with most vintage bikes. it also comes with a few needs. It needs a new headlight and a new tail-light bulb (brake light works). It needs a horn. The fork boots are both ripped. Lastly. the oil pump is leaking a bit. It looks like there is a gasket on the side of the pump thats weeping a bit. This bike will sell down here in the spring. but I know there are some folks out there more familiar with this than the hipsters here in Austin. Feel free to shoot me any questions.
