2000 APRILIA SL 1000 FALCO RED

For sale here is a lovely. if a little under-rated. Aprilia Falco. It is essentially a toned down RSV engine in more of a sports-tourer chassis. It has an amazing 1000cc Vtwin engine with more than enough power to put a smile on your face.   The bike was lovingly cared for by its previous owner. He made a few alterations such as a longer side-stand. adjustable levers and a new starter relay and also had some engine work done. The bike has after market cans on with the baffles removed.

Apart from what I've mentioned it is standard. In the few months I've owned it. it has only been ridden a couple of dozen times and mostly in dry weather. The bike starts first time. every time and runs perfectly. It really is lovely to ride. There is no cosmetic damage. all the body work is intact. That said. it is 14yrs old! Of course there are some small scratches here and there. but nothing big and obvious. Tax until November. 12 months MOT until September 2015. New front brakes just fitted Sept '14. 2 x keys present.
