You are looking at my son?ˆ™s Aprilia RS50 ?ˆ“ the moped that looks like a sports bike.   He is selling it because he has moved up to a 125.

It?ˆ™s a great little bike to learn on (from 16 years with provisional licence).   There are some cosmetic issues. mostly paintwork. but mechanically it is sound.   It?ˆ™s reasonably low mileage for the age and has been well maintained.   The chain is well lubricated. the engine starts easily every time and runs smoothly.   The brakes are good and the tyres still have plenty of wear on them.   The steering is smooth and no fluids leak.

The bike comes with a long MOT (until October 2015).

Here are the issues with the bike:

Bad paint job by previous owner. Some fairing bolts missing. Brake pedal is bent slightly inwards towards the frame. but this doesn't affect usage. Right fork seal is misting very slightly (advisory on MOT). No service history.

My son has had this bike for a few years and his brother had it before that.   We?ˆ™ve had it in the family since 2009.
