2002 BMW R1150 GS NON-ABS in really nice condition.
I have the V5 and Keys
MOT until 13 September 2015
Riders Manual and Service book
Lots of invoices and some old MOT's
Panniers and heated grips.
Genuinely very good condition due to being absolutely drowned in Duck oil! Believe me it took hours to clean it off but wow! What a gem underneath! Mechanically well looked after with a 95% full service history. the majority of servicing carried out at Ocean BMW in Plymouth and the later ones carried out by the highly regarded JD Racing.
You'll be relieved to know that this is a non-ABS model from the factory so no mega expensive servo-assisted ABS to go wrong.
Everything works as it should and it's MOT'd until September. The riders seat has been recovered which almost matches. Tyres and discs look fine and due to the Duck oil I can't see any corrosion. There's a bit of paint flake on the engine casting and the edge of the final drive but nowhere near as much as one would expect to see at this age/mileage. Heated grips work fine. There's no sign of accident damage and no scuffs on the rocker covers either. Just a genuinely nice example. Please study the pictures for best indication of condition and please feel free to ask any questions.

You are welcome to come and have a look for yourself. by appointment. I am happy to e-mail pictures direct to your own e-mail address so that you can see greater detail and I am more than happy to answer any questions you have to the best of my knowledge. I describe all my bikes as accurately as I can and do my best to notice as much detail as possible whilst I am cleaning them. I ride all bikes that are being sold as runners before I list them to make sure they ride as they should or as per the description. When you buy a bike from me you are welcome to have a mechanic check it over before you collect.
All my auctions run for 10 days. I always run my auctions to the finish unless there is a buy it now price displayed.
Transport
I have my own pick up so I may be able to help with local deliveries for a fee.
For delivereies that are a little further afield. I can recommend a very professional motorcycle courier called who's delivery costs are more than reasonable (phone number on request) or you can get a free quote from Shiply (it’s a web site a bit like eBay where courier companies bid for your delivery) using this link. http://www. shiply. com/rf/TQIGW8UGLA/ I’ve had some customers who have used the site and have been very pleased with the results.
I’m in South Devon
I am located in beautiful sunny South Hams in Devon close to Plymouth. Exeter and Totnes. so handy for trains or Exeter airport. The roads are twisty and scenic. so why not collect and make a weekend of it. Ride stunning coastal roads or head up on to the moors and end the day with a good meal and a few pints of Jail Ale at the Plume of Feathers in Princetown (there’s camping and a bunk house if you over do it!) Head for The Camel and discover the vineyard that beat the best Champaign to hold the title for the world’s best sparkling rose. Don’t go home without a mega brunch at Cap’n Jaspers on the Barbican in Plymouth. nbsp;loved by bikers. sailors. later-nighters and. er. pirates!? Spend an evening in great company. alfresco at The Winking Prawn in Salcombe or spend a lazy afternoon at The Oyster Shack in Aveton Gifford. Of course there are cream teas. pasties and some brilliant British surf. Great gastro pubs. beer and loads of B&B's. Most importantly you’ll find a welcome from all the bikers in Devon and Cornwall which has the highest density of motorcycles per capita in the UK!
I’m a Trader.
I am selling as a TRADER (this differs from a DEALER: I do not have a retail premises) with 20 years' experience in the trade. I managed a BMW dealership since 1999 (UK's favourite dealer 2006/7 RiDE Survey). Previous experience in a multi-franchise and a London Harley Davidson dealer.
