BMW F800R 1 owner from new Very low Mileage

BMW F800 R LF10 YOP Mileage 4473 FSH + Mot's Good bits.  1 owner from new. Recent Pirelli Rosso Corser Tyres and Service done at 4000. Very clean Bike. 8/10Factory fitted Heated Grips.  ABS brakes. LED Indicators. 12 Months Mot. All previous mot's. Up to date Service Book.   Bad Bits.   Light scratch/mark to headlamp surround and black trim to petrol tank. (Dad putting it in garage. ) You do have to look closely to see it.   Selling on behalf of my Father who is now in his Seventies and has no idea how to operate a lap top. He bought this bike as a town bike back in the summer of 2010. It was bought from Park Lane BMW as an ex demo and had covered around 25 miles when he picked it up.   The Bike has spent it's whole life in a warm garage covered with a blanket and parked next to some expensive classics. So as you can imagine its in very good condition for it's age.   I own a workshop in London Called www. fwr. co. uk where we have serviced it and Mot'd  it and Most recently put new tyres on. Viewing is more than welcome and the bike is located at my workshop.
