BMW 1974 R90S Restored

I bought this 8/1974 production (titled 1975) from the estate of the original owner. I have clear California title in my name, n non-op status. Matching vin numbers. This bike has been restored, op to bottom, xcept the main frame paint-- it was just fine. The swing arm and sub frame are powdercoated. Paint is the proper black and silver, lear coated, ot yet waxed. Motor was down to the crank. Main bearings were fine. New seals all the way out. New rings, resh hone. Heads done up real nice. Dual plug ignition with new Dynatek coils, ew wires, aps, oots and plugs. Transmission and final drive resealed. All the obvious stuff: clutch plate, lugs, oupler boot, ils, eals, rips, teering bearings, eg rubbers, ind shield, rab bar, etc. are new. New stainless steel spokes, heels built by Buchanan's, ew tires and tubes. Brakes got rebuilt master and calipers front and rear, ew stainless steel HEL brake lines are the best money can buy. New NOS gauge light board. Tons of little bits not mentioned. Shocks are KONI, ith the proper 3 ring r90s shrouds. Extra large oil pan. EZ clutch mechanism-- really works, akes city traffic easy. Odyssey gel battery is awesome. Dual Fiamm horns. Exhaust has original Zeuna mufflers(right has one very small dent) with new BMW head pipes. Comes with title, MW tool kit, nd one key.

Bike runs and rides great. Everything works and works well. Rebuilt from the ground up with an eye to everyday reliability and longevity. Professionally tuned by a factory trained tech. Odometer says 29k, ut the new miles is more like 20 miles since finished, o you will need to adjust the valve clearances and retorque the headsin a hundred miles. Bike was built to run for many many more years with no shortcuts and lots of correct period upgrades.
