2000 BMW R1100RS, magnificent machine

With great pain I offer my 2000 R1100RS for auction. Issues with my back and degenerating discs force the sale of this magnificent machine. After 50 years of motorcycling, can no longer ride.Bike was previously owned by the general manager of Re-Psycle BMW in Lithopolis, H. The company buys, estores and sells BMW motorcycles. Most of its work is with airheads, ut this oil head landed there with a salvage title. It had minor tip over damage. The shop went through it completely, ade minor repairs, nd checked the frame on a BMW jug. It was perfect.I've always changed oil and other fluids as recommended by BMW.

Paint is in very good condition, s the bike has always been garaged. Brilliant and glossy silver color. Two small paint flaws. One on the tank, nd the other under the luggage rack, hich is almost impossible to detect without looking hard. There are some scratches on the windshield. The REMUS exhaust is in very good condition. Bags have the usual scratches, ut no road rash.Rear wheel has some scratches from tire changes by a previous owner who didn't know what he was doing. When the bags are on the bike, hey're hard to notice. Front wheel has a few scratches, ut far less noticeable.
Power is impressive. Acceleration superb. Highway cruising, ven at 90 mph is effortless. Bike tracks beautifully and ABS brakes work perfectly. I'd buy this bike back in a heartbeat if I was given the clearance to ride again.
