2002 BMW r1150r Needs assembly comes with BMW Side bags

 2002 BMW R1150R Yellow with black seat 90311 miles. I purchased this bike in 2011 from the second owner who had the bike since 2008 he purchased it with 28000 and rode the bike until it had just over 90000 miles. The bike is very clean and from what I can tell I don't think it was ever down.

Bike ran well when purchased. shifted great. felt great on the road. looked very nice(still looks good but it is dusty. nbsp;it does not look like a 90. 00 mile motorcycle) then  I let it sit and the gas got old. I took it apart in 2012 to change the battery and clean the injectors and I never put it back together. At the present time it is still apart and the tank was drained and a new filter installed. quick disconnect fuel lines are installed. I don't think the bike was ever down. there are some scratches on the tank. this happened when I had the tank off in my office. The bike comes with a new battery(purchased in 2013 but never installed). The tank and seat at just loosely put on the bike. they are not secured down.  I believe all the parts are there. there maybe a brace for the front fairing missing. If it does not meet my reserve I will put it together and sell it in the spring time. I am just to busy to deal with and I don't have time to ride it. I think the bike is a good value for someone at my reserve price. These are wonderful machines. I have probably owned over 100 motorcycles and I really love BMW motorcycles they work in the real world and are just a great machine to ride. very well thought out.
