BMW R80 RT 1981 EX- POLICE Motorcycle

Ex-Surrey Constabulary R80 with RT fairing. I bought it in June 1986 when it had 63000 miles on the police speedo. The factory speedo was re-connected and I've ridden the bike a further 56000. For many years it was serviced by Bob Porecha (BMW Specialist) who fitted new pistons and rings and unleaded heads. It has been ridden only 2600 miles since. It has stainless-steel exhausts. The fairing has been professionally resprayed and the tank was resprayed and coachlined only this Spring.
