Francis Barnett cruiser 84

 Francis Barnett cruiser 84 from 1961. pretty rare model . can't say I've ever seen one out and about at shows. Very original with side panels . Leg shields and crash bars.  This was a barn find by a pal who got it running. then parked it up. The wireing is a mess and needs replaced. we jumped a battery direct too  points and coil . and three or four kickers gut it purring away. Quiet 250cc  engine in my opinion with no undue rattles or excess spoke. amazing realy given that the bike looks like a shed!the seat is only of use as a pattern as the cover is in tatters . foam collapsed and the seat base has rust. The reg number is original . on a v5c and the number is transferable if that's important to you. A lot of the original paint on the frame has been replaced with rust  but as it's still covered in road muck may look worse than it actually is. There is a better . but not perfect rear wheel goes with it.  Buyer collects and pays cash on collection.
