1961 BSA B40 350cc Beautiful old bike. Runs perfect.

This is a beautiful little bike and starts up and runs like a dream. I have not put many miles on it but it drives and handles very nicely. I do not think it has been changed at all from it's original condition. The only American hardware I see is the bolts that hold front fender on. There is a small dent in the tank. The paint on the front end is beautiful. Looks like the original type of enamel they used. the handlebars are amazing as they have the pivots for brake and clutch as art of the handle bars themselves. Pretty Cool. The wheels and hubs look very nice and again the paint has to be seen to be believed as it is so nice. The battery box and oil tank are perfect. The battery itself is held in with plastic ties and I do not know if it is the correct battery. I would say not. I will research this some more. It leaks a little oil if allowed to sit for a long time. It leaks just a few drops if it is ridden often. I am sure the tires will have to be replaced because of age but they do not leak. It is licensed and has current registration. I have not started in a while but I will get it out today and let you know if there are any problems. I am not an expert on these machines so if you need more pictures let me know. Shipping you will have to work out but I would be glad to help any way I can.
