1971 BSA B-50T 500cc single

Another relic from my on going barn clean out- a 1971 BSA B50-T !!! This bike ran about 10 years ago. but has been sitting since. Photos pretty much tell the story. Previous owner stripped it down for trail use only; so anything not necessary to make it run was removed. No mechanical issues known. Motor turns over and shifts through gears. Tires in good condition. Has desirable ALUMINUM fuel tank. One tappet cover is missing. Please expect and assume that other peripheral items not necessary to the basic functioning to be possibly missing as well. This bike was a blast to ride. IF you could get it started:)) Never had anywhere other than my yard to ride it; and I ran out yard pretty fast ! So it needs to go to a good home. Well worth fixing up. even as just a vintage trail rider. Have paperwork. and numbers match. Photos are part of the description. so study them closely.
