BSA B44 VE Twin Shock Motocross Scrambler Project

BSA B44 VE. Frame is stamped as a C15C and Engine B44E making this a 1966 BSA B44 VE.  

This bike appears in sound used condition in need of some restoration.  

There is a basic wire harness for the ignition system which is untested.  

The engine turns over and appears to have very good compression. there is one fin on the cylinder head broken (photo 11). all the gears appear to select well.  

The engine is missing its clutch. primary chain and crank drive sprocket. Alternator and primary chain tensioner are still in the primary case.  

The front wheel rim is alloy on a motocross front wheel. nice front forks with alloy top and bottom yokes.  

Rear wheel is a BSA QD hub with chrome rim.  

The alloy tank is in sound condition with a couple of small dents.  

The seat base is in good shape and the the seat covering looks good. seat foam feels good.

This will make an excellent bike once recommissioned. has some desirable assets for motocross.

You will need to verify the age of the bike to your own satisfaction.  

There is a NOVA number for this bike but no registration documents. what you see is what you get and viewing will be welcome. This is a project. being sold as project and will need to be trailered away.

This is an opportunity to own a fast appreciating Classic Bike that would make a very desirable asset.
