1965 Bultaco Metisse Model 11 Triumph 250 Rickman

 This is an early Bultaco Model 11 Metisse with a Triumph 250 engine installed. The frame does not appear to have been modified. I did not install it. I was going to build a 250 version of the Steve McQueen Rickman 650. I special ordered the gray side panels and tail piece. the gas tank is ready for paint. as well as the seat pan. The engine turns over and has good compression. however I was planning on overhauling it and running a lighting circuit. I have another cylinder as the one that is currently installed has a few broken fins. The machine needs a full restoration. it's interesting that the frame and swinging arm are chrome (and will clean up nicely). The front wheel is a 21 inch. however I have the correct front hub. Its missing some pieces and a few things will have to be sourced or fabricated. study the pictures. The project could go either way. you could install a Bultaco engine and bring it back to stock. or carry on with the Triumph unit and make an off-road machine or I was going to buy another Triumph or BSA and rob and all parts off it. install it on the Rickman-Bultaco frame and use the title off the bike I sourced and make it into an enduro either way you will have something rare and unique in the end. I have no title but will gladly provide a bill of sale. All the parts shown are included and I don't have anything else for it.
