Terms of Sale

PLEASE NOTE: This vehicle is also for sale on our lot and other advertising sources. we reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our eBay auctions.

We encourage Pre-Sale inspections

The winning auction bidder (buyer). must contact Lifestyle RV & Vision Motor Sports (seller). via eBay messaging center or by contacting our eBay sales department through our dealership at 1-888-287-9657 within twenty-four (24) hours of auction end to start this transaction.

To secure a vehicle. buyer must pay a $500 deposit for automobiles or $1000 for RVs. either immediately if using eBay's?  BUY IT NOW feature or within twenty-four (24) hours of auction end if purchasing one of our vehicles through all other eBay Motor auction formats.

Buyer agrees to pay the seller. the full balance of the auction purchase price of the vehicle. plus applicable fees and taxes. in the form of Cash (in person). Certified Check. Bank Transfers. or 3rdParty financing. within ten (10) business days of auction end.

Applicable fees and taxes include a flat $350. 00 Documentary. $15. 00 Title fee. and $8. 00 loan filing fee for all vehicles sold. Arizona local residents must pay 8. 05% sales tax and registration fee.

Buyer has seven (7) days following the auction end to complete an on-site inspection and Due Diligence. A third party. independent inspection of the vehicle can be ordered by the buyer at the expense of the buyer and must be completed no later than seven (7) days following the auction close date or buyer agrees that the vehicle will be taken AS-IS without the inspection of the buyer.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle you purchased is no longer in stock. has been grossly misrepresented. or should the vehicle fail a professional on-site inspection within the seven (7) day inspection period following the auction end. Deposits will NOT BE REFUNDED should you fail to complete the transaction or pay the remaining balance for any other reason other those mentioned above.
