1942 Cushman 30 Series US NAVY Scooter Restored and Running WWII Vehicle

This a restored 1942 Cushman 30 Series scooter (Model 32) that was built for use by the US NAVY during WWII. Believed to be used on Naval Air Station San Diego (now North Island NAS, oronado).These scooters were commonly used for messengers and for internal transportation in large naval bases and industrial plants.This is the original bodywork and painstaking effort was taken to recover the stenciled markings on the body (see photos during restoration). Husky engine runs smooth with its centrifugal clutch. The US NAVY Property tag with accounting tag and Husky engine tag have been left in their original condition.
