Honda CX500 by Eastern Garage

This bike was built in July 2015, anaged to give it couple of rides during this season. It is comfortable, asy to drive, andles very well and it is a lot of fun to ride.

Here is a general list of the works made on this particular bike:

1. Bodywork

- custom frame build to match cafe racer style (including new battery and pegs mountings fabrication)

- handcrafted metal tail with lights

- front fender and gas tank modified

- building custom clip-ons and front fork mountings

2. Mechanics

- engine was striped down and inspected, ew seals (which tend to defect quite often) and timing chain

- engine was sanded and repainted

- new clutch

- fully rebuild carburetors

- all electricity lines were custom made from a totally new components

- front suspension was rebuild, owered and got a much stiffer triple clamp

3. New parts that were put on this bike

- pegs

- silencers

- front brake pump

- braided brake lines

- tires

- all bearings (including wishbone, heels and headset)

- throttle lever

- front lamp

- indicators

- ignition switch

- complete wiring

- all gauges
