Description

-Completely custom handmade 1969 Ironhead chopper running, iding, itled. You will NEVER see another harley like this, hy do i say that? Because I personally handmade the entire bike, irtually everything from front to back if it wasn't fabricated from scratch was modified by my hands.
Titled as a 1969 HARLEY DAVIDSON XLCH not special construction!!! This thing gets attention wherever it goes from the local bars, ike nights, hopper shows and on the street. ALL you will need to do to make this a show worthy bike is tear it down, aint it, olish the stainless, eplace some minor nickel and dime parts and reassemble!!! Do your research the magneto fired motor with the clear harley title alone is worth the starting bid.
-Motor is a 1969 900cc it's been worked over with higher compression pistons and ported heads, uns great (took it out last week and it fired second kick cold and 1st kick warm) with a mikuni hs40 flatslide carb with a hand turned velocity stack, agneto fired, oes through all the gears good, icker gears replaced. Geared to do 80+- One off handmade hardtail frame using big twin castings, t's the only one in existence. Frame was constructed in a jig, he only stock portion of the ironhead frame used was the engine cradle, verything else was fabricated from 0.120 wall DOM tube and tig welded. Rake is set at 28* and the bike handles incredibly well, othing like a stock harley. Completely sound I've taken this bike in the condition it's in on 250mile round trips.
-39mm Narrowglide Harley Forks lowered 2"-21" front wheel and custom 19" rear wheel-Custom brakes front with 13" rotor and dual calipers and rear with 11.5" rotor and single caliper-Handmade 2-1-2 stainless high left side exhaust-Handmade aluminum oil tank-Handmadegas tank with stainless filler, etcock and mounts. Finish and paint the tank and leave the stainless polished and exposed. Quite possibly the most unique tank i've ever made and have well over 40 hours of work into it.-HandmadeStainless sissy bar with custom tail light with 2 LED clusters-Handmade Stainless high mid controls-Handmade Aluminum seat pan.-Built from the ground up with over 300hrs into just the handmade parts, hat doesn't include the donor bike and donor parts. You couldn't have a shop build this bike for a price remotely close to the reserve. Virtually everything was new or rebuilt from the forks back less than 2 seasons ago. Tires have plenty of life in them.-The two "gloomier" photos are the most recent, he others were taken at the beginning of this summer, he only real changes i made between the two are the bars were replaced and the front brake line was replaced.-I have a ton of build photos of the bike as i was constructing it if you would like more detailed pics during construction or as it sits please contact me.
This is a hop on and go bike, t needs nothing to go down the road, top and turn, t runs beautifully and I've ridden it often.
The fine print, rinted not so fine... The issues that need to be addressed are MINOR and everything that needs to be replaced is nickel and dime stuff. --There are 2 dents in the fuel tank-The front master cylinder leaks should be replaced and lever is broken (sportbike cylinder common on ebay) still functions properly but all i do is top it off every couple of days and they're really 2 finger brakes to begin with.-The rear brakes need a new line (which i probably have a spare lying around) and to be bled.-One LED on the license plate is out.-Headlight glass is cracked but still works, as sealed to prevent blowing bulbs.-The pegs have some scuffs.-Seat pan needs to be refoamed and upholstered.THAT'S IT FOR THE "BAD" STUFF
