This bike was one of the 3 used by Gio.Ca Moto Team rider Paolo Casoli to compete and win in the 1997 World Supersport Championship and the Italian SuperSport Championship.
At the end of the season the bike was bought by the NCR Racing Team and was raced by Dario Marchetti and legend Marco Lucchinelli in the 200miles of Monza, rriving 2nd.
In 2000 the bike was completely overhauled and updated by Ducati Corse to be ready for the 2001 season when was raced by Dario Marchetti and Marc Garcia in the Italian Endurance Championship, rriving 2nd at the 200miles of Mugello.
Well documented bike, echanically is very sound comes with set of spare wheels.
