The pinnacle of any Ducati ever built plus more! This is an auction for a 2008 Ducati Desmosedici D16RR Casey Stoner 2008 Championship Winning MotoGP Superbike.

The stock details on the bike: 2008 Ducati Desmosedici D16RR. The only added item added to the bike when purchased is the OEM Ducati carbon fiber rear fender and an OEM Ducati carbon fiber gas cap. Brand New OEM Ducati Bridgestone tires were just mounted with 0 miles.

Now to the real custom part of this bike. This bike has been in Monterey California for the past year with “John” at Finishing Touch Custom Paint. If you are not familiar with John, o some research, e is the man. Has been published many times, aints and installs graphics on all the most custom race bikes and has an awesome relationship with Ducati USA. That being said, e worked together on this bike for the last year. I wanted to make an exact 2008 Casey Stoner MotoGP championship winning Desmosedici. We scrutinized over every detail including getting graphics like the “Advantage” logo right on the top of the upper fairing. To make it true Factory Ducati, e ended up painting the blue as to fade it like the factory bike and placing the decal over it. This is a small example of how detailed we have been to make it absolutely perfect. All of the graphics are under the clear coat. All decals were created, ized and printed custom for this bike. You will not find decals like the “Enel” on the tail, n example of how detailed we needed to be to create this masterpiece.

That being said, he bike has been part of my collection for many years. It has never been ridden since the completion of the graphics. It has been placed inside my home in a climate controlled environment its entire life. I am the second owner, am friends with the original owner and know the details of every mile ever ridden.

The bike runs perfectly and had a new battery installed two months ago. Along with the new tires, nd new battery, he bike is ready to hit the road tomorrow. All recalls have been completed on the bike except for the recall that requires you to cut the rear carbon tail section if you use the “street” silencer. This bike has the race silencer on it. The bike was inspected by a certified D16RR Master Mechanic 1 year ago. Everything is perfect, eeds absolutely nothing.

Now to the condition, t is as close to perfect as a motorcycle can be. Down to the smallest details, here is not even a scratch under the swing arm where bikes typically get dinged when you put it on its rear stand. I am the most particular motorcycle collector you will find.

Parts included: 2 keys, ey card, ll booklets, 16RR sticker kit and the Data Analyzer. Bike number is 456. All photos are of the bike being auctioned. Bike is in-hand and ready to go.
