Gilera Runner ST200 Bargain easy fix ???

I bought this Gilera Runner St 200 with 1500km on the clock 4-5 months ago from ebay as a non runner with intentions of getting it repaired and using it to ride to work and back which never really worked out and the bike has just sat in my shed since. it does start if you put power directly on the starter motor but runs a bit rough think it needs setting up a little bit not sure why it does not work off the starter button. it has a very slight oil leak from the bottom of the sump think it just needs a new gasket. Comes with a givi storage box which is fully removable previous owner fitting daytime running lights on the front and it also has a gold signature on the front some sort of special edition I think ?? comes with 2 keys including master key full logbook and handbook for more info or any questions please email me via ebay thanks for looking.
