Description

BACK SURGERY FORCES SALE. I've owned several Panheads. They have always been the ultimate Harley-Davidson in my mind. So naturally I fell in love with this bike when I first saw it and I had to have it. It's everything I ever thought I wanted in a Panhead. I've owned it almost 2 years now, but the back surgery I had in February 2014 won't let me enjoy riding it. While this Panhead is really nice to look at it really needs to be ridden. Built in 1993-1994 by custom bike builder and Harley mechanic Kenny Gilley, the odometer shows 1265 miles, which appears correct. Kenny built several bikes featured in Easyriders and other motorcycle magazines. The bike's story is covered in the magazine article where it was featured... which I have and include. It's a REAL 59 Harley-Davidson Panhead motor (74 cubic inch) in a custom 1993 Tripoli softail frame. SOME OF THE FEATURES: Electric start, 5-speed Sputhe trans, dual plug STD heads, S&S carb, electronic ignition, 3 inch primary belt drive, belt final drive, disc brakes, and more! The springer front end came right out of the crate from Harley-Davidson. I just put a brand new seat, new battery and a new front tire on the bike. It starts with just a touch of the button. Oh yeah, the emblems on the tank aren't emblems... they're artwork.... they are PAINTED ON!!!! The "marble look" custom paint and artwork was done by artist Eddie Meeks. The paint job on this bike cost $4, 00 back in '94! Possibly the "ultimate" Panhead. It draws crowds wherever I ride. Don't miss this opportunity to own it.If you'd like a video of the bike just text me at 336-655-8893. Thanks, Pan Man
