Here today for sale is aThis is a 1942 EL OEM Knuckle .

This came from my collection I will not get to this project as I once thought.

It was purchased from Harry Molenaar a Harley Dealer in Hammond Indianain the early 90s.

I added the Springer on this auction some pics will not show it It IS Included.

This is in one of theprominent Harley books shows 5 ELs with 5 police officers at Harry's dealership receivingtheir NEW Mounts in 1942.

I can't verify this to be one of those but their were Very Rare at that time only going to official agencies. The HD archives might show that.

I have a current California Title & Registration for this bike.

This is a BASKET CASE it needs to be rebuilt. I have been collecting on this bike more than 20 years this is NOT floor sweepings it is some of the best parts I have collected.

The frame is PERFECT cases are Matched Heads are PERFECT Transmission is used & together looking good Tanks are Very Nice. Springer rear Leg has Damage Front Brake is backing plate ONLY.

Most of the hardware is there the flywheels & rods are out of the motor carb is missing the choke plate & lever. This is ALL OEM except a small hand full of hardware.

It is VERY Hard to find heads that are NOT Cracked in the exhaust port or anywhere else The front cylinder has a couple of broken fins. !!!!!
