1947 Harley-Davidson Knucklehead - ORIGINAL

We have decided to buy a new home and consequently some toys must go.This sale is 100% unrelated to the bike itself…the bike is a runner and needs nothing. Just want to be clear.Up for auction is a 1947 Harley Davidson FL Knucklehead. This bike fires up incredibly easy accelerates and brakes well and overall rides very very well. REAL patina. Belly numbers match. VERY original bike -- all sheet metal speedo bars badges grips seat pan Cycleray headlight front-end etc. 2nd coat of paint (blue) was done in 1960's over the original black (still visible underneath). Wheels have been re-worked and tires are like new. Many very valuable accessories here...light bar & lights roll-up windshield the bags are excellent and check out the detailed pictures for misc items! If you have specific questions please ask. Bike will have a fresh service prior to pick-up / delivery. I wouldn't hesitate to ride this bike anywhere...again its a runner. Now for thefun stuff:
