Very rare classic 1978 Harley-Davidson FXS Low Rider

This is the first year for this model!

About 800 miles since bike was completely rebuilt!

Work just completed:

House of Color Cobalt Blue clear coat.

Engine; 74" Shovel head, nbsp;top end just done, 0.5 compression Keith Black pistons .010 over, eads ported with high performance valves and new seats and guides, olid Andrews high performance camshaft, &S E carb, igh flow/pressure oil pump, ll new braided oil lines, igh performance electronic ignition and coil. The lower end was completely rebuilt about 10k miles ago. Custom exhaust. Its loud like a Shovel should be!

Drive-train; New Barnett clutch with cable, ew compensator and chain, ew chrome o-ring chain and sprockets. The transmission was also completely rebuilt with all upgraded hardened steel gears/forks/shafts/bearings when the engine lower end was rebuilt.

Too much work to list! Some of it includes;new lace wire wheels with new tires, hrome swing arm, ew wide glide front end and trees, ear shocks, ew chrome calipers/brake pads/rotors brake hoses and both front and rear chrome master cylinders,a lot ofnew wiring, attery, tarter, ultiple new switches/lights, orward controls, orbin leather seat and dash and lots of new chrome.

There are lots of parts (new/original taken off items) that go with bike.

This Harley has been in my family since it was purchased brand new.

Bike needs nothing and is alsooffered for sale locally too.

NADA value is $13600 but selling for a lot less!

Hate to sell but need money for college tuition for my son.
