We proudly present this awesome Road King Classic that turns heads wherever it goes.  Launched in 1994. the 1340 FLHR Electra Glide Road King models were based on Harley-Davidson's long-lived FLHT Electra Glide series of tourers. From 2000. Harley emphasized the Road King's styling heritage with a huge headlamp in a highly polished nacelle on the front fork. a feature based on the 1958 FL Duo Glide. The standard Road King came with lighter. hollow-spoke cast alloy wheels and wire-spoked wheels available at extra cost. Wire wheels and fuel injection were standard for the FLHCRI Road King Classic.

Harley-Davidson tourers have been known as some of the most comfortable bikes on the road. The 2000 Road King is no exception. with its contoured. removable pillion dual seat and Buffalo handlebars. which are designed to offer a relaxed. upright straight-arm riding position behind a broad plastic screen.

 As far as the power unit is concerned. from 1999 the 80cubic inch (1340cc) Evolution engine that originally powered the Road King was replaced by a rubber-mounted 1450cc 88Twin Cam engine. This was retained for 2000. Standard fitment was the 40mm Keihin carburetor. Maintenance-free electronic fuel injection was an option. although on the Road King Classic it was fitted as standard.

This bike was purchased in 2003 at 5000 miles and the current owner is the second owner. He has taken meticulous care of this bike. There are absolutely no known issues and the bike is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. Always garage kept.

We prefer that you arrange for the shipping of this vehicle. When you arrange with a shipper. we will certainly cooperate with them to arrange for a smooth delivery.

If you prefer to have us arrange for shipping the vehicle. we can certainly do so. There will be an additional cost of $150 for us to act as your shipping agent. We will provide you quotes from shippers. handle the administration. and arrange for pickup and delivery. Pre-payment from you to the selected shipper will be required prior to pickup.

 

PAYMENT & SHIPPING:

A deposit of $500 is due at purchase - preferably via PayPal. Balance due within 7 days of sale via cash. wire transfer or cashier's check. Cashier's check must clear our bank prior to delivery. Deposit will be refunded only if this vehicle is not as described.

It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange for transfer of title and tags at his or her home state. In Florida. the license plate remains with the owner of the car. so you will need either a trip pass or a temporary tag from your home state if you wish to drive the vehicle. We will coordinate transfer of title with notarized Bill of Sale at our local DMV if necessary. Sale of this vehicle will be final. We encourage the prospective buyer to drive the vehicle prior to purchase.
