PAYMENT and TITLE TRANSFER: Once the deposit is sent, lease notify me regarding your plans for sending the remaining amount due and for picking up or arranging shipment of the bike. If you as the buyer live outside of Pennsylvania, nce I receive the total amount in full, e can arrange for transfer of the title. I believe that both buyer and seller must sign the title in the presence of a PA Notary in order for title transfer to occur. I am investigating the procedure for further clarification. If a Pennsylvania buyer, e will schedule a day and time to transfer thetitleaccordingly. At that point the bike will be available for transport. I will make myself available to transfer ownership as quickly as possible.
