1966 Harley Davidson 70's mild Custom FL gen shovelhead

66 First year Shovelhead Harley Davidson. Electric and kick start.

Titled as a 66 HD FL, s this is a rebuilt vintage barn find bike that was kept as found, o the vibe is right.

Paint is about 40 years old, nd has a few minor flaws, ut is in great shape for it's age.

Current registration and clear CA title.

CHASSIS

All parts have been stripped and repainted, olished, r plated.

Fresh painted Harley frame.

New fork inners

New front and rear tires and tubes

New front and rear brake shoes, ear drum/sprocket, ines/cables, aster cylinder, heel cylinder

New chain

Vintage seat

Vintage Horseshoe oil tank (with built in filter) and headlight, oth with engraving.

Vintage paint from the late 70’s in great shape for its age, ut not flawless. 5 color scallop and fade

Vintage sissybar, andlebars, rips and pegs.

Stroker motor with 10 over new pistons, ings, ods, ushrods, earings, eals, askets, il pump

Dual plug heads with new valves, eats, uides, alve job. Dual plug heads, ut currently running one set of plugs. Has coil mount for duals, f you want to ad another coil. Other new plug wires included.

Polished HD primary, ocker boxes, iming cover

New clutch, eavy duty basket and primo belt drive

Rebuilt S and S B carb

Rebuilt HD 4 speed trans

New Lithium Battery, ll relays, ensors, gnition, ycle electric generator, lug wires

Cad plated motor hardware

Earl’s steel braided oil lines, il cooler

New muffler exhaust matches what was found on the bike.

Bike has about 250 miles since a complete rebuild. It exists in it’s original 70’s mild custom state, s I found it, ust rebuilt top to bottom. The new aftermarket parts on it were replacements for other old aftermarket parts already on the bike when found. Runs great, ooks great, ounds great, rives and stops great. Very roadworthy! All receipts available, long with in progress photo documentation.
