1997 Harley Davidson Springer Bad Boy

From my personal collection - 1997 Harley Davidson Springer Bad Boy. They made about 4500 of these from 1995 through 1997. It is a true collectors bike in very good shape for it's age. It has the usual mild patina one would expect from a 17 year old bike that has been cared for. Overall it looks fantastic. The paint is shiny and shows very well. There are no dents that I know of, nly a couple of small chips that are barely noticeable. The chrome looks very good. There are some small blemishes on the rocker cover chrome that I can't get to show in pictures. As stated, t presents well. I've had a number of people ask if it's a new bike. It is in close to original shape with original exhaust, andlebars, ir cleaner, nd paint. It has a leather Corbin seat that has been worn in, ut not worn out. I installed 3 inch forward control brackets for more leg room. I also have the original control mounts which will go with the bike.
I believe I am the 3rd owner of this bike. I bought it from a retired Harley Davidson engineer who meticulously maintained the bike and it was, f course, lways garage kept. I had the front end serviced by a springer specialist at Milwaukee Harley Davidson. I also had the neck bearings replaced at that time. The bike looks, uns, nd rides great - no issues at all. Start it up and ride as far as the road will take you. Other than that I am having Milwaukee Harley install new tires before the sale so this bike is 100% good to go - needs nothing but a new owner.
As a car and bike collector, have sold a number of vehicles on Ebay. I have a 100% rating and always keep my promises. I am well known within the riding community and my reputation is more important to me than money, o you can buy with confidence.

I really hate to sell this bike. It's a keeper. But I'm buying a house and it's at the right price point for the cash I need. It's also an easy sell in my opinion.

I have a relationship with a local motorcycle shipping outfit (HaulBikes.com) and will ship this bike almost anywhere in the lower 48 for $499. They will bring it right to your door (or damn close) and roll it onto your driveway. You don't have to do a thing.

This is a beautiful collectors bike that can be ridden. It always draws a lot of attention wherever I take it.
